After working with scores of quality people, this joker pops up. This shipment was executed exactly as planned; He didn't return phone calls, voice mails or texts & as I was delivering his cart he posted me as a no-show. It took the excellent staff at UShip (David) to have him release payment. Steer clear of this muppet unless you want to be treated like a peon & end up with a negative on your record. This rating hurts but my record speaks for itself. Glad to be done with this sorry specimen.

I don't know why Michael responded with negative feedback, his items where picked up and delivered, I've spoken to and was advised by him that this was a mistake and that it would corrected and the negative feedback removed
