The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Disappointing - I waited 10 days for the pickup, and I confirmed the pickup with the carrier two days ago. Cancelled when pickup was scheduled. I was let down with no prior notice.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time One week after setting the contract, and attempting to make contact four times, once by email, once by text message and twice by telephone, there has been no response and no communication at all. The two galleries where this pickups were to have been made have not been contacted, though all contact and pickup information was provide in great detail in the original email.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period New provider was asked to provide references and this has not been done.
