Customer notified when booking to provide primary and secondary contact, customers notified by both uship and us at the time of booking that payment release code must be available for delivery when paying through uship, THIS IS USHIP POLICY NOT OURS. Without pay code we do not get paid, without payment we do not deliver! Customer caused delay, our cost in Long Island was over $250.00 and we only charged $125.00. This was total negligence on the customers part and disregard for us to be paid.
