The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer was a broker and not the vehicle owner. Once more the broker did not have verification for delivery from the cars owner. We are not in the buisiness of delivering cars unbeknownst to the owner. The broker failed to meet the terms of our contract to have the vehicle pickup ready by 9 a.m. so our driver was dispatched to another location we tried to renegotiate the terms to help the broker , but he was unwilling to compensate us for the time, fuel, vehicle fees, he encurred renigging

John was great to work for. I picked up the van on Friday and had it to him on Saturday, even though I had to change a tire in a downpour (goes with the job :). Hope to get more business from him in the future.

Bob did an excellent job for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Bob has a long history of hauling special vehicles and it shows in the care he gave my vehicle on this haul. Communication was excellent as well.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Per a June 3 e-mail pick up was to be "around 11 am on 06/06." I notified the Seller and he said everything was ready. The car is located at a storage facility with people on site during business hours. At 9:33 am today I received a voice mail from retransop to call them. I returned the call at 9:44 am to learn that their transporter called the storage facility yesterday to see if everything was ready for pick up early this morning. Louie at the facility told them he would not release until

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Car was to be picked up within 10 days of booking on February 9. After initial contacts with shipping company we heard nothing else. No response to our e-mail to them of March 1. Three attempts to phone them on March 1--first two no answer, last one person answered and said that I had a "wrong number." I checked number on the digital screen of my phone and it was correctly dialed. It is now 24 days outside the window for pickup with no contact. I need to move on as the Seller is tired of ho
