I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We are sorry we could not pick up Ms. Palmer's piano. Due to severe storms in Florida on the day of pick up I felt it would be too dangerous to move such a valuable instrument under those conditions. Moving such a valuable piece in the pouring rain would not have been a professional move. We tried to reschedule for that weekend but unfortunately there was a conflict on Ms Palmer's end and we understand. We value our work and company reputation and hope we could do business in the future.
