The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Was suppose to pick up on the forth just like it says in questions on listing page I told them I could ship that day they accepted my bod then called and said it could not be picked up on the forth. They gave me a number to the pickup of his elderly mom that knew nothing about picking it up . Response from Ken L.: Jimmy, we provided you with 3 (THREE) different contact numbers to contact the pick up location, but you never did. I emailed you multiple times to get some updates, no result. You promised to pick up the week of February 16th, no result. Your cell phone mailbox is full and does not accept any messages. You alternative Uship phone does not work. The whole arrangement with you felt like a hide and seek game, where you were always unavailable.

Very easy shipment.Ken had everything ready to go as promised. Delivery went very well, I got there after hours and they were able to have someone come back and open the gate, and help off load the tractor which was non-running. It is nice to see that there is still people out there that likes to help out. My hats off to them, and would transport for again in the future.Thank you for your business, and Have a Good New Year!!
