A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved A first-time scenario for us arose where a booking controversy required our timing to fall out of line. Add a staffing issue and a family emergency to that and this shipment simply could not be made. This is a second or third request for a cancellation from our profile as this happened more than three years ago. We called this gentleman to inform him of what was going on and although disappointed, he expressed his understanding.
