After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This is the customer you hope to not have- constantly calling a bugging you as if his shipment is the only one you have to work with. I updated Ernesto several times and let him know that shipping was postponed due to not having a return shipment to cover the cost. He then called me close to 10 times on Friday pm and Sat AM which were my down days and I left town with my family. It his prerogative to cancel, I offered to just go and ship his car, probably at a loss, but he chose to not respond.

OK, lets tell the true, You had a window that you accepted of 17-25 of April 2015 to deliver a vehicle, and you failed.
You are correct I called you many times due to the fact of the dead line, I also had to inform the seller when to expect the pick up of the vehicle, so this transaction you had failed to communicate.
In this type of business you got to communicate!!!
This provider is the one you hope not to use.

This is the customer you don't want- constantly calling as if his shipment is the only one to work with and advising you how to run your business (without the information to do so) He was updated, but he didn't like the updates. I could sense a cancelation coming- better in the long run as there is nothing I could to satisfy this person.
