The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider was not able to complete the delivery of our shipment and had our trailer towed back to the vendor.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pick up was set for 5/3-5/4, it is 5/10 and still no pick up. Phone number on carriers U Ship account is not valid and numerous emails have been sent with no reply. Last communication with driver was about getting temp plates for trailer but never specified pick up. Our customer needed this shipment by a specific time and that's why we had to cancel and use another carrier.
