I am needing to cancel this shipment because the service provider has not picked up my item by the date specified and they have told me they are not sure when they will be able to pick this item up. We are being charged by the day for this item to remain after the pickup date of 12/31/15.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have made several attempts to contact HeadmanInc and they have continuously avoided my phone calls and emails. The only correspondence I received was an email from HeadmanInc on Monday July 22, 2013 that stated the item would be picked up on Thursday between 12-3pm. I waited to hear from them about why the item was never picked up, made numerous attempts to get information about the shipment, and after no reply and being told by their office that someone would contact me (I was never contacted
