Just looking to get a stump grinder shipped to my place.

Bid stated: Pickup before 1/31/12, delivery before 2/29/31. Trip was always planned for mid February. Machine was pickup early and stored in garage. Extra stop was made in SP, MO to take delivery on electronic components that had been repaired. Left for WA on 2/07/12, made two pickups and three deliveries on the way. Called Brian every day to give location and expected delivery date. Delivery made 2/11/12 despite problems with another shipper. Thanks, Brian

POOR COMMUNICATION, I GAVE A MONTH FOR DELIVERY BUT RYAN PROMISED THE MACHINE EARLY 1/30/12 WHEN IT DIDNT SHOW OR DID I GET A CALL AS TO WHAT HAPPENED I CALLED HIM. AFTER LEAVING A MESSAGE HE CALLED BACK AND SAID IT WOULD BE HERE SAT SUN OR THE LATEST MONDAY THE 6TH WHEN THAT DIDNT HAPPEN I CALLED AGAIN FINALLY ROBERT ANSWERED AND SAID HE WOULD HAVE IT TO ME ON SATURDAY 11TH WHICH HE CAME THROUGH WITH, ANYWAYS POOR COMMUNICATION WITH ME AND BETWEEN THE TWO EVEN THOUGH IT WAS EARLY. WOULDNT USE!
