Stephen communicated all throughout the shipping process. I received pieces of furniture that were damaged and I was going to have him fix and not replace only one of the pieces. He never had the furniture repaired. I had several items that he forgot to unload and he said that he was going to have another shipment out in my area so he would have them delivered at that time. That was over two months ago and I have continually called him but have not received a phone call back from him. Left w/o
