I reject the cancellation for the reason that I arrived to pick up the vehicle and then was told by the loader that the vehicle was picked up before I got there. I was not told by the customer, I was told by the loader. I lost 50 dollars in fuel and 3 hours of my time. Uship cannot keep handing people their money back and letting the service providers keep taking losses and get cancellations held against them. This is not fair as a provider to show up and take losses. Iam floored it needsfixed.
