The service provider promised to pick up my vehicle on last Tuesday 08/12, but he cannot accommodate this shipment until now. Furthermore, he started never answering my call until last Thursday 08/14. I have to cancel this order soon to order another one as I need my vehicle to be delivered soon.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My order was accepted by TruckItTrans by July 3rd. But until now, my vehicle still has not been picked up. I sent more than 20 emails and called many times. But the service provider in TruckItTrans, Candice, has the same response to ask me to wait. I need to pay additional car rental fee in my new location and parking fee for my own vehicle in old location as well. I lost a lot of money on this service delay. So I request to cancel this service and request another company. Please agree my reques
