The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Bid was accepted and all paperwork sent to carrier. Carrier was to pickup within 5 days. I went on vacation on March 7th and was expecting my delivery before I left. Upon my return on March 17th the pickup was not made. Upon contacting the carrier I was then informed that he would not be able to make the pickup because the person that accepted the bid was no longer in their employ. I was never contacted per the above and I only found out that the carrier didn't make the pickup after my offi
