The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Mr Perez.is a very nice guy,he was having lots of trouble with his truck and trailer breaking down and I had a deadline to have my piano picked up in pittsburgh pa..I could not wait any longer and had to go and pick up my piano my self...please, I need a refund of my deposit.Mr Perez was very kind to me and he understood ,,and also understands about the refund...Bills Piano Service..6407 old rt 11 ,Dublin Va 24084..540-674-5001 Bill Radcliffe..owner and teck

No hard feelings please call me when you have anything else you need delivered. FYI..The dealer fanially fixed the issue with the truck and all is back to normal
