I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Our driver experience a complete motor failure this morning in Gonzalos Texas. The truck is being towed to a factory Ford dealership and from experience they will take 2-3 weeks to repair. I advised the customer of this and they asked that I cancel the transaction through USHIP. My closest available truck is on the East Coast

Shipped two enclosed trailers from FL to CO. They were tow-away (not loaded on another truck). They picked them up and were good communicating on pickup. Communication could have been better. ETA's could have been communicated better when they had things change or wanted to snag another load in between. The two trailers were separated and ETA was given but off by many, many hours. This would have been infuriating had I not had GPS tracking separate of uship.

I booked RLCarriers to ship a pallet with a compact car motor on it 300 miles south. RLCarriers contracted Northpark Transportation in Gillette to pick the item up. Northpark Transportation was extremely professional and on time. The next day Northpark Transportation gave the shipment to RLCarriers. From there, RLCarriers took seven days to deliver my pallet, after quoting me two-three days on uShip. Very rude on the phone, offered no solutions.

Trailer delivered in perfect condition as promised. Driver got tied up on previous delivery and my load was delayed a day but driver communicated this perfectly and all went great! Thanks again!

What a pleasure to work with. He contacted me immediately once I accepted his bid, he picked my boat up exactly when he said he would, he took pictures of boat/trailer from all angles before transport, and delivered a day ahead of schedule. Great service, would use again.
