Picked up car in St. Petersburg FL. & I was told that I would have my car in 3 days. That was last Fri. Told Fri afternoon Sat morning.
After waiting Sat at 3:20 they sent a picture of the car saying they are having mechanicle problems & they can't deliver car until Monday.
They delivered car at 12:15 Monday & didn't
think it was a big deal to have me wait another 3 days after promised delivery. There are much better companies to pick from

We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction. Our estimated date policy is publicly published on our profile, on our website, disclosed prior to bid acceptance, written in the customer agreement and within all communications thereafter. There are issues that may cause delay within 1 day or 2 for delivery, including mechanical issues with a trailer. I agree that these circumstances may cause inconvenience but they do happen.
