The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Leider mussten wir den Transport aufgrund eines höheren Gewichts (3,7to statt 2,5to)
in beiderseitigem Einverständnis stornieren. Der Auftraggeber war sehr nett und bemüht, gerne wieder und viel Glück weiter beim Transport. Grüße

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Leider konnten wir erst jetzt das genaue Speditionsgewicht in Höhe von 3700kg ermitteln. Dies kann mit den vorhandenen Transportmöglichkeiten nicht erbracht werden. Die Kommunikation und Abstimmung war zufriedenstellend. Für leichtere Transporte würde ich den Speditionsdienstleister weiter empfehlen.
