This was a last minute shipment and could not have been completed without all the extra work by Parris. He took care of all the logistics while I was on the road. He was very easy to contact and supplied me with everything needed to make this shipment a success. The only hitch in the story is the very narrow streets at delivery location, with a pick up truck there would be no problem. But, even this was overcome because as soon as I called he walked down to retrieve the shipment. GREAT GUY !!!!!

ahhh, james lynch.. good guy.. first of all he is better than average. he stayed in contact thru out.. picked up bike sooner than expected. when i got the bike there were problems getting it started. he helped out until problem solved. yes, excellent help.. professional.. and we talked shop.. a bike lover just like myself.. couldn't have been a better experience.
