I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This information is completely false. An email was sent to uship regarding this issue. The gentleman was advised that he owes $833 to us. The deposit amount was $180. He advised that he is used to paying only through uship. He explained that he paid a deposit and service fee on uship already. We explained that those funds stay on uship we don't see that money. Asking for half is not a business practice that we do. The customer did not understand that we were not asking for more money.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider A woman representing Marvel 954-6610672 phoned me this morning about 10:42 and asked me to pay up front half of the $833 fees normally due upon delivery. I've used Uship & other shippers and have never paid in advance more than the required deposit and the in cash upon delivery and didn't feel comfortable. She then transferred me to who she said was her manager who also said it was a requirement to pay half of the remaining $833 and said it was they're policy regardless of uShip. I continued to

Sorry I can't say the same thing about the U-Ship staff as the communication was not very good and ended getting missed quotes for open carriers when I specifically asked for enclosed and were not very quick to respond or remedy or "phoned" me when I was unable to get results through email.
