The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Hala, is the worst customer in Uship history! Obviously struggles to speak or read English as our bid CLEARLY states lift to lift! She consistently delayed for one reason or another and after 18 hours of holding my driver at the marina for a 6 hour job, he then took a "selfie" with the marina, boat trailer, and truck in the background. Sent both this pic and the bid details to Hala and once again no response. She cursed and threatened my driver, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Lie after lie after lie. No wonder this company keep changing company names. Unprofessional. When I called the marina that the boat was going to and told about the NO SHOW they told me we never recommend Chris and his company to the marina customers. I wish I asked around about him and his company before hand. I would have never world with him. NOT RCOMMENDED

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This Palmeto company. Made up so many stories. Called me on Thursday and said they had a delivery from Rhode Island that got cancelled and they can be at my marina it pick up my boat. So I said let me check and see as we are agreed on pick up date on Friday May 9 They showed up at 2:00 on May 8 and said we are lift to lift service and Chris should have explained to you. I said I never spoke to Chris and Columbia Island Marina does not have lift and you said you delivered boat here before. Then
