A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved First off, no one in the office ever refused to follow through! This was explained over and over again that because it was over width that this would encounter extra time. The truck has to have everything with them to haul oversized, not every truck does this and that the permits would have to be ordered. We have been working on this schedule and doing the best that we could. Tried over and over again to get this point across that this was not just a pick up and leave, alot of prep into this one

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services They promise one thing, then do not follow through. I have text confirmation that the tractors were supposed to be out of here middle of last week and I keep on getting the same excuses. They're not what they promised they are. They refuse to follow through.
