I was given 15 minutes notice on a Monday morning that my shipment would be at my house. I had to leave work to unload truck with no help and limited equipment. I was told the Friday before that my load had not yet been dispatched and would be contacted as soon as it was, I quess they forgot to call.

As explained at booking, all process's of shipments get emailed. Starting with placed order, dispatched, in transit, and completed. Once the order is dispatched, the dispatch email comes with pick up and delivery dates and carriers info. This was dispatched on Friday, for pick up on Friday and delivery Monday morning as this was only 659 miles. With that said, we are setting up a new call manager with automated messages so customers will get calls and emails at the same time!
The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I'm requesting this to be cancelled for the following reasons:
I inacurately guessed the weight of this load.
I was under the assumption that an ftl load meant semi truck and trailer.
The manufacturer of the building wants a semi truck and trailer
I had the deminsions of the load in inches instead of feet
The company I accepted cannot handle this load
I have been in touch with the service provider and we have both agreed to cancel. I have already relisted the load with a more accurate ma
