Picked up at 2:30 am and took 4 days to drive the dog there instead of 2 like said..The recievers said the puppy stayed in the crate and they did not get him out..They just changed papers..

I am sorry you feel that this puppy who was the biggest Shihtzu puppy and weighed alot more than what the shipment said. I DO NOT and WILL NOT ever take puppies that have not received a complete series of shots and put them on the ground outside my van. I told you that when the bid was accepted. The pup was delivered within 3 days as the bid details state, and with the knowledge of all parties involved it will be picked up and dropped off 24/7,puppy was cleaned and brushed out!!

Was very nice and friendly but did not keep me informed at all about the puppy or anything after leaving with puppy.She never called even when she dropped off the puppy. Also I did tell the recievers she does not take a check even before the puppy left.

I'm sorry but 'she' is the one that gave the buyer my cell number and told her to contact me about transport!! With that and the way she said, "Oh don't worry about being an hour late, other transporters show up TWO days after they were scheduled. I'll leave you good feedback.", it seemed she was done with me! Forget the check part, the poor buyer had been waiting for THREE YEARS to get her pup! Was told No refund was available! Woman even paid extra for a new crate and was sent a used one!

Very nice ladies and very profesional as well. They took great care of the puppy and let me know what was going on during there trip about the puppy and were they were. I would most definatly ship with them again! Thanks so much!
