The marina, if you can call it one ,had no way to unload the boat so I had to contacted a different marina to get the boat off my trailer. Even if they had a lift, my truck and trailer would now fit on there property. Very bad planning by Reggie but we got it done.

Curt did a great job getting my boat to its destination a day ahead. His communication skills need to improve.

I talked to Reggie multiple time prior to pick up, while I was in route and eventually got the marina contact info. The marina, if you can call it that, did not have a way to unload the boat or room for me to get on there property. Reggie never made arrangements for a unload and I was not given the marinas number until I was almost there. And it took many calls before someone would answer. Not the way I want to like to do business and will not deal with City Island Marina again.
