Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Response from John C.: I was in Honolulu at the time I accepted the bid from Extramile Transportation. The contact for this company was a Mr Jerry Simms.We spoke by phone and he had agreed to a pickup date of Monday,March 3 in the morning. He said he would call me Sunday to confirm the drivers contact information and a definite eta. On Sunday there was NO CALL, and no reply to my attempts to contact him! I was sent a text stating for me to contact a third party and that he had been "let go". I bought hauled it myself!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services My bid was accepted by Extramile Transportation. After I paid the deposit, my contact for the service provider was Jerry Simms. We discussed the shipment and he said he could have a truck meet me Monday morning to load the crane which I was shipping from California to Washington, but to call Sunday to get the drivers contact phone and to coordinate an exact time. I was in Hawaii at the time and flew to San Diego Saturday to handle the loading. I called a few times Sunday and left
