I was so frustrated and worried the entire time because the people that run the company and drive could not speak English. I wasn't sure if they knew who I was or what was going on because they never called me. After all of that they showed up late to drop off my car. I paid in cash and put an extra $10 in the envelope even though I was mad and the driver counted the money and asked me for a tip! He knew how to say tip! Than when they didn't get more money they were so rude to me it was crazy! Response from honestmoving: We apologize to you about the attitude of our employee, and their delay in arrival.
