There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We submitted the bid per each unit and the system did not list our bid price per each Unit. We would never ship 2 full size Harleys for $540.00 total shipping price. I did speak to the customer and he understood and will be looking for another shipper. I did offer to honor the Uship price for the first bike and offered to ship the second one at a discounted rate and he refused. Unfortunately this was no ones fault it was a system error. Thank you and ride safe.

Larry Tate here, you accepted a bid on the transport of the chevelle, but you did it after I left Arizona, Joe contacted me today and still wants it transported, I will be back in Arizona in a few weeks and can pick it up at that time, however as you know the cost of fuel has gone up an additional .40 cents per gallon sense then so the cost of shipment will need to be adjusted a little to offset that additional cost, please call

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We quoted this as a crated item. However, we found out that there were wheels on the crate which were unacceptable for all our carriers. They all claimed improper packaging.

The excuses put forward by 1stClassShipping are not true to the facts, we were quite clear with our requirements and did state that the crate once loaded the wheels would be removed. The company did not fulfill the commitment to transport a crate that measured 360x180x150 cm
From WI al NJ, that way we missed the shipping of our container causing a financial loss of $1500 for penalties, we will instruct our lawyers to proceed for the good will and economic damages caused to our company.
