Richard did an exceptional job, from the time the bid was accepted until after the delivery. He re-assured me that my trailer would be delivered without any issues and cared for it as if it were his own. Although they did not ship our trailer from Utah to Illinois due to mechanical problems. Rick still helped us out, he outsourced to another company that was able to turn around and ship our trailer. I really appreciated that he took the effort to help me out! I'd recommend him to anyone, he had GREAT customer service!!!
