I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I have experienced a vehicle equipment breakdown which will require a major repair (transmission). The wait for parts and the repair will interfere with the schedule of this shipment. I have no alternative but to cancel. I feel extremely frustrated as this is my FIRST cancellation. I hope this does not interfere with future shipments. My sincere apologies. Thank-you.

These two gentlemen are awesome!
They delivered a very rare and very large
heavily carved antique sofa, and with great care, forethought and precision, somehow
managed to get it through my library door!
They are extremely polite and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in superb service and reasonable prices!
I hope to have the opportunity to use them
again in the future!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment

An unforeseen mechanical problem (transmission) with my tow vehicle required me to ask that this be cancelled. I did not want my customer to wait for repairs and thought this the best option for all parties. I did already have another item booked in transit and I did rent a truck to complete the shipment at a drastic lo$$ to me. Mary was a very nice shipper and understanding and told me she could wait, but I couldn't give her a time frame and thought the cancellation was the best for all parties
