A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Our vehicle had a motor failure and we are still waiting on back ordered parts from Ford. I want to treat the USHIP customer fairly so that they can get their items shipped by someone who is available.

Backhoe severely damaged during shipment. Driver lied & said it was damaged when he picked it up. Fortunately the seller’s representative took excellent photographs of the Faircosa truck/trailer loaded with an undamaged backhoe leaving the seller’s property with an over height load. From my discussions with the seller’s representative the Faircosa driver& manager clearly knew the load was over height and decided to drive off on public roads anyway.

Sorry this played out like this we work with only top rated drivers dont know what this guys was thinking burt as you said your self this was the carrier that did this not us we made sure thay had cargo insurance bacause accidents do happen . take care

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I emailed, texted, called. Only one call was ever answered with a rough indication of a pickup date. Then no more communication. Eventually, I contacted UShip help, who sent an email requesting a firm shipping date. The shipper responded his driver went on vacation but did not give any indication of when he could ship, then no further communication. After waited what UShip help indicated was a reasonable time for a response I canceled the shipment.

Kyle did a great job hauling a backhoe approx. 650 miles for me. He has excellent quality equipment and was able to accurately navigate to and from remote / rural locations to pick up and deliver the backhoe.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Ask me to wait 4 weeks when he could ship my stuff. Then when I tried to contact him, after the 4 weeks, I received a cancelation request. I want my stuff shipped, I don't want to be jacked around...

Dennis did an excellent job transporting a dozer for me. He was very timely and kept in communication as necessary. He has excellent quality equipment. He actually installed the battery in the dozer as the seller was not available to do so. I highly recommend him.
