The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Trotz unzähliger Versprechen seitens des Transporteurs erfolgte (mittlerweile seit 6 Wochen) keine Abholung der Ware. Emails werden grundsätzlich nicht beantwortet. Rückrufe erfolgen ebenfalls grundsätzlich nicht. Der Tonfall am Telefon, wenn erreichbar, ist frech und anmaßend, völlig überlastet und angenervt. Zuverlässig ist anders! Nie wieder mit so einer Firma.
