I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I've called customer but got no call backs. Never heard anything from customer till now. Now after reading his comments I no longer want to help this guy with this shipment. We have always had great communication with our customers and delivered shipments in time frame promised! So other canceled shipments have nothing to do with this one. Plus must of the canceled loads weren't even our fault! So be educated on facts before you talk and you know what they say about assuming something.

You had plenty of time to call me about the shipment after I left the message for you to call me. You never tried to call. Do not even try to pin your service failure on me. You had no intention of following through on this shipment. You took the shipment just to bump the $500.00 load off the board.

A positive shipper--yes! Rather eager to get his new bike, but patient. Very helpful & flexible with the timing (wanted it delivered as soon as I got to town--late at night, no problem. I offered to wait till morning--NO WAY! We did it right then & there. Got some beers to go in appreciation. Couldn't get the bike started that night..... But was nice enough to give me an update the next day....Bike's running! This is one nice guy to work with. I had that Police bike following me the whole trip!!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Based on the prior cancellation reports of this vendor, this vendor should be banned! This vendor had no intention of completing this shipment, will not return calls from one number and the other number does not accept calls. Furthermore, based on the previous cancellation reports, I want all of our corporate funds returned to the credit card. This vendor is a sham operation and should not be allowed to conduct business on Uship.

Nice transport. Had a few cops looking at the bike--reminiscing with the retired Police Bike. Lots of other admirers along the way. Jeff, I thank you for your help & flexibility on this run. Of course, the beer to go was great too.... I just drank the last can today in Miami. Thanks! I'm glad you were able to get the bike started the next day. I was somewhat concerned about that. Thanks for letting me know. Have fun with your new toy. Thank you for it all. Any complaints from neighbors on noise?

Talk about going above and beyond! Steve absolutely, without a doubt went out of his way to make my delivery happen. My item arrived on time, and in excellent condition. He gets an A+ communication, A+ professionalisim. I cannot say enough good things about this guy. If he is ever available in my area again, he is THE go-to guy. PERIOD! Did I mention A+?
