Family of three moving to Houston Texas.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I talked to Mike yesterday and he has decided to stop the cancellation process.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider's primary phone number is not a working number. His secondary number was his wife's personal number however she has stopped answering my calls. The voicemail for the secondary number has changed from his wife's voice to that of a teenage girl.
The business is a startup and he does not even own his own truck. I am not comfortable with his services, nor do I believe he intends on following through with the shipment.
