Absolutely rude, wasn't available for two scheduled delivery times. When we tried to deliver the third time, the person left early and had to be called to come back, he too was rude and almost combative about his day being bothered. I followed my end of the contract, and it seemed as if it was a big hassle for Abdul's representatives to meet at the time they agreed was kosher for them. Horrible communication to the point I had to contact uShip several times and still had no reply from him.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider after accepting partial payment and the remaining upon delivery. He took the money and run, Does not respond to phone calls and email. I need total refund

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time 1st class took in the payment I made to them but failed to show up to pick it nor call to inform me that they could not show. Upon investigation, I found out that they outsource the freight service and did not care to follow up to make sure that the items have been picked. I need total refund

Dez failed to meet the requirement of delivery. He is supposed to deliver before 3.00 pm but delivered at 5.30 pm today 11/29/2014. He has to work on meeting requirement

I appreciate the positive feedback, but the comments are more than false. We set up 3+ times to deliver, and your associates were nothing but rude and never available, hence me leaving negative feedback in return.
