The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Truck was lined up to go there, we were told it had already been moved and was no longer at the pick up location. Customer had someone else get it picked up. Please refund his money to him. Thank you.

There were problems from the start 165 ton crane did not arrive until 1 month after auction I had to send my mechanic from New Jersey to Florida to help disassemble and hire RINGPOWER even though I paid DAK TRANSPORT to do this disassembly I have since had other bids through USHIP and immediately deleted any DAK bid They will claim overweight, but that is disingenuous. It was a move that required skill and attention that DAK simply does not posses. I CAN NOT RECCOMEND

John hoodwinked us by giving us the wrong specs to bid on and got upset when it took more work than he expected. He stated the crane was 134K, when we got there it was over 200K and needed to be dismantled further for transport. Of course, the load had to be rebid and we offered to cancel but he insisted we stay on. The riggers did a fine job and he chose to send his mechanic of his own accord. The same with RINGPOWER, they simply agreed with what the riggers had already suggested.

This was a couple loads of easy high flat moves. I have no complain on this shipment. I suspect I will have complaint on the next load.
