Well I had to walk 4 blocks to get my car because the transporter was told he only had to get within a mile of my house. I was told door to door. Big difference. This is normally no big deal but when you have an infant with you it makes the task harder. So next time DK needs to be clear on what the delivery terms are. I wont use this company again. Ive used plenty of U ship companies that do what they say they will do. Thanks for getting my car here but no thanks for the inconvenience...

Sorry for the inconvenience to walk for 4 blocks to get your car.The street that you live in not only prohibits entering of any commercial vehicles with weight restriction,but also a residential,curved narrow street-tractor with more than 53 feet car hauler trailer wouldn't be able to get in or out.The driver also explained that to you.Carrier companies are bound by city street ordinances.We should've made that clear in the delivery term and we're adding that in our delivery term.Thank u
