The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I have no idea what this person is talking about. It's well within the stated pickup window. ALSO, I have yet to receive the pickup location's contact info to schedule. Good Luck.

These guys are absolutely terrific. Great communication, extremely professional. Also, they were very careful with my walls when delivering a VERY bulky item down a narrow hallway. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Totally untrue. Shipper HAS NOT sent contact info for pickup location, so wasn't able to schedule. Also, we were, and still are, well with the bid window. Nice Try...Good Luck..

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have tried getting in touch to reschedule, with no response. Was told the service provider cancelled pickup due to an accident(days after scheduled pickup). This has really put me on a bad position!
