Things happen and we understand that. The company had an equipment failure and was willing to go out of their way to make it right! We were not in a hurry so we simply waited. They kept in close contact while work on their truck was being performed. Good job.

There are two ways to pick a transport company. 1.Hire someone with their own equipment. 2. hire someone who brokers the job out. I prefer the later so I can rely on the schedule. I've tried several times to work with these folks and the few times it worked out were overshadowed by the no shows and lack of contact. I would not try again.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services A disaster of a company. Claims that I agreed to their terms, not the ones stated on Uship. These people are bad news. I am closing my account with Uship and disputing your charges. I have been moving cars for 30 years with reputable companies. I know the difference. Your site and the companies you allow to mislead customers are a travesty.

Without a doubt the most considerate and professional transport provider I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. I really cannot say enough about how well this operator performs his business. Constant contact maintained throughout and all calls returned to confirm status. Also went the extra mile to stay behind a huge blizzard so our antique Chris Craft Cobra (1957) did not get dirty.
