We were not allowed any time to work on the order. Order was cancelled prior to the vehicle being able to be released.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider 24 hours after taking my payment, they still didn't have an order in their system and I still hadn't received a receipt or confirmation via email as they promised. They said something about no computers and moving and bla bla bla... I needed to have a truck shipped asap. I cancelled and I'm just gonna have to fly to where the truck is and pick it up myself.
If they were unable to process orders due to technical difficulty, they shouldn;t have been accepting orders. I'm very dissappointed.
