I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Provider was supposed to get the moving permit from Arkansas on Monday 11-18-2019. I contacted him several times before and after that date through text messaging, phone calls voice mails and through emails through uShip and he has not communicated back with me. I was trying to find out if he had gotten the permit and if he was still on track to move the building. No response. I would like to cancel this shipment and get a refund.
