was actually Madison which resulted in over 150 extra miles and over three hours wasted time.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Driver was unable to obtain a wide load permit to pick up grader last week as scheduled. So I missed the ocean shipping cut off. Further arrangements to bring it later is not a priority right now.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The provide is asking for $600 more and in cash prior to pick-up due to address discrepancy for the pick up from a company that operates in multiple locations within the same state. But I gave him the contact persons number to discuss the details prior to pick-up. He called and discussed with the contact person without verifying the actual pick up place. The providers demands could not be met so he cancelled the pick-up.
