I did use soft ties and pad bike I took pictures and showed customer the damage he said it's a 10 plus year old bike the guy should expect it. I had bike padded with 6 moveing blankets it was not near anything. Customer declined to sing a bill of lading so that he could blame damage on transporter I would not recommend any body to do business with him at all

PICTURES DONT LIE BUT YOU SEEM TO HAVE NO PROBLEM DOING JUST THAT. I NOW UNDERSTAND THE PUZZLED LOOK ON YOUR FACE WHEN I ASKED IF YOU NEEDED ME TO SIGN A BILL OF LADING. YOU DID NOT KNOW WHAT A BILL OF LADING WAS. YOU HAD NO CAMERA. GOOD LUCK HAULING YOUR GARAGE SALE ITEMS. P.S. PLEASE LEARN WHAT SOFT TIES ARE, AND WHEEL CHALKS ARE NOT MADE OUT OF 2X4s
