Bob must be a unique person,never met anyone who would not know what a"van"is or understand after being explained once.The signs were present from the start,he needed 3 listings to to book the bike once,been very demanding,rude and a little"strange"from the first communication,talked to him about 10 times agreed to take some large items along for him,but he was never relaxed or happy.when he flipped and would not understand what a van is and that it is an enclosed vehicle,we felt time to part.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The first pickup was canceled due to mechanical breakdown, the second pickup, he said he was sending a van to pick up my bike. When I questioned him on what a van was, he got angry and cussed me out and told me to get someone else to ship my bike, screaming profanities at me.
