A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There is a 24hr notice that the auto auction needed to pick up the vehicle. We already have a vehicle to deliver to another customer and could not wait 24hrs to pick up. This was not explained on the accept page when we accepted this load. When we arrived at pick up location, we were turned away until they had the 24hrs notice.
