The truck arrived when they said they would. The driver brought a 40-foot flatbed trailer which was plenty big to handle the load of 30 large boxes. We were watching the weather report and decided to delay the shipment for one day in order to avoid the rain in central Texas. They were flexible and agreed to postpone the shipment to keep my boxes dry. Thank you.

The chairs had belonged to my great aunt. They were later treasured by my aunt who left them to me. They were an important part of my family heritage. The shipper was kind enough to wait for someone to arrive at the pickup point so he could get the chairs and was very patient with my multiple "worried" emails. I had about three days to get a mattress shipped from Saint Louis to Cincinnati. I went on USHIP and within a few hours had a bid on my shipment. The bid price was much lower than I had been quoted by other movers and the customer service was superb. I would definitely recommend USHIP and plan on using the service again.

I was shipping a pretty large 3 piece sectional couch. I was shipping it from Houston to Austin cause it was being given to us for free! I saved tons of money using uship.
