Compare Moving Companies

My stuff is packed up and at my parents house in Blandford Forum, I need it collected (it's all packed) and delivered to my 1 bed flat in London. The flat is on the 7th floor but there is a ilft and stairs  

Not a huge amount of things - double bed is a ottoman style bed so could fit some things in there. TV stand, microwave, 2 tvs and rug are main items and then a few little things.  

 

 

HI We have 3 tables about 160 x 60 x 75 a circular table 90 cm with 4 wooden chairs 3 x Herman Millar Chairs 1 x Lampstand 3 x Monitors 2 x Grey Soft chairs as in picture  

 

I've broken down all furniture. And put it down stairs in the living room along with all the boxes. To make moving easy. Some things will need to be wrapped with moving blankets. My husband can help move things. Two bikes and a child's bike to be moved as well.  

No lift but large stairs at collection (from 2nd floor) Lift at destination Only heavy item which requires 2 people is 2 seat sofa I am largely moving my personal items (clothes,books, kitchen stuff) and very little furniture I might even not take the small light ikea plastic wardrobe

This is a rough list of items to be moved:- Living room :- “U” shaped sofa ( 3 sections) coffee table tv stand/cabinet small desplay cabinet 46” TV free standing lamp Bedroom 1:- king size bed chest of drawers large wooden chest small wooden chest 32” tv small table lamp Bedroom 2:- single mattress x2 chest of drawers large chest of drawers large wooden chest small wooden chest bedside cabinet 32”tv gaming chair small table lamp Office:- computer desk PC x2 tv stand/cabinet office chair x2 32”tv printer/scanner Kitchen:- fridge/freezer washing machine Large dustbin x2 halogen oven microwave toaster kettle Garden:- sofa made of pallets x3 table made of pallets x2 lawn mower some garden tools clothes airer barbecue clothing, miscellaneous items, plates, pans etc all packed in boxes/bags. How many – hard to say as not packed yet but if I had to guess around 30/40. no idea though...  

 

 

 

 

1 suitcase 17 kilos  

 

 

 

A few loose items e.g. Hockey stick, items in large plastic zipped shopping bags. Most in plastic and cardboard boxes.  

 

In total about 75 square feet, at waist to shoulder height. Likely a Luton van load, or maybe a well packed LWB.
