3 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

The closest parking to the house in Bradford Leigh is 40m away from the house along a path. We require the collection to take place on Saturday 5th July.  

1. Only a SMALL VAN is needed>>We'll have our own Luton Van & Trailer so all is needed is small van to take a few items if required plus TWO STRONG GUYS! 2. Move is for a standard 3 bedroom family house, there is NO garden furniture, Everything will be packed & disassembled 'ready to go' 3. My husband who has experience with removals will help arrange items in the van & trailer and will subsequently help to unload while the two guys will carefully take everything into designated rooms. 4. Pickup to delivery location is 40 minutes drive. 5. Must start loading up at 7:00am Sharp & we're fixed to moving on 2nd Feb 2015 so if you know you will NOT be available to start at 7 o'clock on 02/02/15 then NO need to bid!! 6. Mover must be insured for removals & a copy will be required after bid is accepted. 7. Payment in CASH ON DELIVERY>>Apart from the small deposit we'll pay to Uship when bid is accepted, there won't be any further payments made until after everything is delivered to the new house.

House contents are in 2 storage units on same floor. Each using is 75 square feet. The units are approximately 60-70% full.

As the new house is a new build the address is not showing, so I have just put Bromyard. The distance is the same as my new home is in the heart of Bromyard. We have a three bed rented house. Nearly all the furniture belongs to the landlord. We have the items listed above to move. The rest is clothes, books, cd's, children toys, bedding, crockery and kitchen utensils etc (we do have quit a lot though and plan to use a 75 sq foot storage unit) We want the items taken from London to a storgae unit in Lincoln and packed in the unit. Our house has street parking and is over 3 floors, however the top floor is the spare room so we can move all the things from here to the first floor so it would be collection over two floors. The garden patio set we have is foldable and the chest of drawers and cot can be dismantled.  

 

 

I have access to the back of my house and you will be able to drive right to the back door. My house is lightly furnished but we have many childrens toys.  

i have had a stroke so require full assistance with loading and unloading.  

Its actually a 2.5 bedroom and theres not alot of furniture to move; 1/ 2 divan double beds 2/ 1 Closet 3/ TV 4/ 4-5 Suitcases 5/ Kitchen utilities 2-3 boxes  

I would like quotes to move our 4 bed house into store (6/7 crates) and delivery to our new address 2-4 weeks later
