Estimated 30 medium boxes(of books, household items, kitchen ware), plus two large boxes of clothes/camping equipment, 2 adult bikes, one large wing backed arm chair, half dozen or so kettlebells, couple of 10kg weight plates, basket of gym mats/equipment (light), pull-up-dips frame (dismantled), exercise bike, large TV (in original box), games console, home cinema system with amp, and 6 large speakers.

Almost all our furniture is IKEA flatpack so most stuff should not occupy too much space and should all fit within one van.
